Pepper (Bell)

Bell peppers are a versatile, nutrient-rich fruit from the Capsicum annuum family, used as a vegetable in cooking, known for their sweet, mild flavor and vibrant colors. Red bell peppers are often the most nutrient-dense as they are fully ripened.
