Spring Onion

Spring onions, also known as scallions or green onions, are immature onions harvested before their bulbs fully develop. They have a milder flavor and texture compared to mature onions. Both the green tops and the small white bulbs are edible and can be used raw or cooked.

  • Flavor: Mild and sweet, with less pungency than full-sized onions.

  • Uses: Raw or cooked in a variety of dishes, such as salads, soups, and stir-fries.
